A deputy with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office turned himself in this week and was charged with using his position for personal gain.
22-year-old Caleb Jefferson turned himself in to the Jefferson County Jail with a bond of $5000. He later posted bond and was released.

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office did not release any details on the case but an investigation is currently ongoing.
