Several high schools announce new plans for in-person graduation ceremonies

As of Saturday, May 9, Cullman County Schools, Shelby County Schools, Walker County Schools, and Thompson High School have each announced plans to go forward with in-person commencement ceremonies.

The announcements began after Governor Kay Ivey announced new guidelines of her Safer-at-home order on Friday, May 8, which removed the 10-person limit on non-work gatherings previously in place.
